Hi, I’m Caitlyn Bacom Dominguez- Emiliano’s proud mom, autism advocate, and passionate educator dedicated to literacy, equity, and joyful learning. With over seven years of classroom experience and a deep belief in every child’s potential, I’ve taught and led with a focus on inclusive, high-quality instruction that meets students where they are.

I’m certified in ESL and the Science of Teaching Reading, and recently earned my Ed.M. in Teacher Leadership with a concentration in Language and Literacy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. My work centers on empowering all learners- especially those from historically marginalized communities- to see themselves as readers, thinkers, and leaders.
